Evgenia Peeva

Evgenia is one of the founders of "Step for Bulgaria". Since the successful initiation and coordination of the first Summer Academy she spends time as a volunteer of the organization along with her professional commitments. Her experience in a number of volunteer projects convinced her that truly inspired and responsible young people who want to share their skills, knowledge and time with children in need can make a huge difference to the future success and happiness of young people in underprivileged situation.

Elena Furnadjieva

Nora Georgieva

Nora is a volunteer at "Step for Bulgaria" since 2010. She works with youngsters from Gabrovo and conducts workshops that develop useful skills and knowledge. She loves her regular meetings with the teenagers, because they energize her, pose interesting questions and new challenges. One of the most valuable lessons learned through volunteering is that if you want to give something to someone else, you must first learn to be completely honest with yourself.

Georgi Karaivanov​

Georgi participated as a volunteer in the first summer academy STEP Bulgaria in 2007 and since then he became a co-founder and member of Step for Bulgaria foundation’s Executive Board. His academic background is in business administration and since graduation Georgi has been working in the financial services sector and supporting the foundation's activity from abroad.

 

Lyudmil Milanov



Lyudmil is one of the first volunteers and a co-founder of “Step for Bulgaria". He strongly believes in the cause of the foundation and the most valuable thing for him is to see faith, motivation and desire for success in the eyes of the children and young people with whom the foundation works.

 

Lubomir Gunev



Along with his professional commitments Lubo volunteers with the foundation since 2010, where he has been working mainly with children from Berkovitsa and Plovdiv. As a part of the year- long educational program of Step for Bulgaria, he organized workshops, which develop independent life skills and self- confidence of the children. His motivation to volunteer with the organization is rooted in his deep conviction that everyone deserves an equal start and that the sharing of knowledge is the only way to help ensuring a better future for the underprivileged children.
