Step in the future
Step in the Future is a full-year educational program for Bulgarian teenagers living without
parental care.
The program aims to support the young participants in developing personal and
professional skills and knowledge to manage successfully their independent life beyond the social
care institution.
The program combines educational modules delivered by our volunteers with professional courses for the youngsters.
School support
Our devoted volunteers provide underprivileged teenagers with support in the main subjects, taught at school, as well as in foreign languages via weekly meetings.

Summer Academy
Summer educational program for underprivileged youth living
without parental care.
Its aim is to provide the participating youth with useful skills for
planning their independent lives, continuing of their education and finding an appropriate
career after leaving the social care institution.
During the Academy volunteers and professional trainers teach courses
in English, Computer Literacy, Budget and Thought Management, Career Planning and Nonverbal Communication.
Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program gives the chance to build a strong realtionship between an underprivileged young person and a young professional, who can give advices and support the young adult in his first steps in real life.
The mentoring program consists of training and preparation of the mentors, a support network of volunteers and professionals, as well as individual goal setting and follow up.
