Lubomir Gunev

Along with his professional commitments Lubo volunteers with the foundation since 2010, where he has been working mainly with children from Berkovitsa and Plovdiv. As a part of the year- long educational program of Step for Bulgaria, he organized workshops, which develop independent life skills and self- confidence of the children. His motivation to volunteer with the organization is rooted in his deep conviction that everyone deserves an equal start and that the sharing of knowledge is the only way to help ensuring a better future for the underprivileged children.

Nora Georgieva

Nora is a volunteer at "Step for Bulgaria" since 2010. She works with youngsters from Gabrovo and conducts workshops that develop useful skills and knowledge. She loves her regular meetings with the teenagers, because they energize her, pose interesting questions and new challenges. One of the most valuable lessons learned through volunteering is that if you want to give something to someone else, you must first learn to be completely honest with yourself.
